    Hi guys :wave_cry:,

I heard about the cambridge diet only yesterday and have an appointment with counselor tomorrow evening. Tried Lipotrim last year before my wedding and it was a nightmare, they stuff tasted so so so gross I couldnt stick it. It didnt help that I found out later that I had an ovarian cyst the size of a basket ball! So anyhow I have decided that im just way too fat and really need help losing weight and everyone on CD seems to recommend it. I know it'll be hard with the no eating thing (and i do like my food, and am going to miss cooking) but im sure it will be worth it.

Does anyone have any tips for starting off and to keep yourself from cheating?

Hope you all wont mind be moaning every now and then. thx

    Good luck for today!
You will be fine on the will be amazed at how quickly it becomes a way of life having them instead of food!

Once you get past the first few days and get into ketosis the weight will be falling off you and you wont be feeling hungry!!
Good luck and keep us posted.
