I'm starting my primal/intermittent fasting today. I've opened a thread here and on the paleo subforum so I can track both aspects of my endeavours. I just read everything these is to know about the paleo and intermittent fasting on Mark Sisson's page, on Healthy Eating Harbor and on Robb Wolf's page. I will keep you guys posted how it goes with my intermittent fasting! Im currently 1.80m (that won't change I guess) and 100kg. Want to go down like 20kg which is around 45lbsish I think. Cheers!
