I'm joining WW on thursday. I've had a pretty big binge this weekend (not planned as a before diet binge.. it just happened)
I would like to start eating better tomorrow while I have the enthusiasm for it, and I don't really understand how the diet works.
What can I buy for the next couple of days to get me through to Thursday so I can understand it better and plan the week ahead?
Or at least, what should I stay away from?
