Starting On Thursday

I'm joining WW on thursday. I've had a pretty big binge this weekend (not planned as a before diet binge.. it just happened)

I would like to start eating better tomorrow while I have the enthusiasm for it, and I don't really understand how the diet works.

What can I buy for the next couple of days to get me through to Thursday so I can understand it better and plan the week ahead?

Or at least, what should I stay away from?

Welcome to the ww forum you are in a great place. The beauty of ww is that you can eat whatever you want within your points allowance.

If you buy processed foods I would advise you to become an avid label reader and choose foods with low saturated fats. You cant go far wrong with fruit, veg, lean meat, fish, low fat yogurts other than that its a matter of personal preference.
