Starting on Tuesday..

Hiya all,

my partner and i are both starting on Tuesday and i hope it all goes well. I am currently doing the LL program but plan to stop it all tonight due to cost and counselling. I lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks and was quite chuffed. Are the same losses possible with this diet as we both have about 6 stone to lose. Hope to get to know you all.

you are looking at approx a stone a month with cd,so yes they are similar,
