Hi - I lost 4st on his diet 5 years ago. I have gradually put almost 1 1/2 stone back on so starting again. I started at the beginning of June but bought new scales on Friday and these seem more accurate so my weigh in day will be Friday. Don't see many people on this but going to post anyway. Todays Menu: Breakfast. Shake Snack. Mandarin Orange Lunch. Shake Snack. Hummus and sliced pepper Dinner. Roast beef (100g), cauliflower mash, broccoli, asparagus, carrots (50ml Gravy) Snack. Sugar free jelly 3 cups do coddle with semi-skimmed milk and 2ltrs water.
