Starting RC (just waiting for the book!)

Hi Everyone,

I have been doing SW for the past year, lost a bit of weight but don't seem to have been able to shift much recently - so I thought a change might give me a bit of a boost!

I've got the RC 5 day fat burner DVD, and have the Complete Hip and Thigh book on order from Play, and am going by 1400 cal a day, less than 5% fat and exercise!

I'm not going to classes, but am weighing in at work with a friend who's on SW - next WI is tomorrow...

Wish me luck - and good luck to everyone else on their journeys :)

Hey, good luck with the RC diet. I don't go to the classes either but if you've got a friend to help with the motivation you should do well. Not to mention the support you get from here :)

Good luck with RC. I am loving the classes, need to go for the motivation. But I am sure as long as you are weighing in every week with a friend you will be motivated enough! Let us know how you get on

Thanks for the welcome, I know this board is fantastic for the support (I used to post on here when I did SW so I knew where to come back to!) And someone else at work has just started weighing in with us, so that's two people to keep an eye on me :p
