Morning everyone, after weeks of chopping and changing on diets and never sticking to any i've decided to start slimming world today. i'll be doing it at home and weigh myself on a wednesday. just weighed myself and i'm 16.3, so i really need to get my finger out. i have put on 2 stone since june, basically by being a gannet, and walking no further than to the fridge! i hope that by logging on here everyday i'll get the motivation i need to stick with it.
