Starting SS for first time

I've never posted here before. Starting sole source tomorrow and just wondered if anyone else starting around the same time?

Hi Cake-Lover,

How are you? Good luck tomorrow, everyone here will be rooting for you. We've all been on plan for different times, my week 9 is on Tuesday, my two month is on the 14th.. it feels like only yesterday I started looking back.

So focus and support will get you in the right frame of mind and you will achieve your target. I try not to think about it too much, anxiety and stress does sabotage efforts for me I've found. But everyone is different.

Have you tried the plan before, what are your goals?
