Got My supply.. start tmrw.. 2nd attempt..1st attempt went well.. Stayed on it for 6 weeks, then got a throat infection, and fell off the wagon.. That was 2 years ago. Since then I have gained about 2 stone. I was horrified today. Weighing in at 17.3.. This diet is so strict, so hard. But I know the results are worth it..
