Morning ladies!

I am starting today!! Been lurking for the last week or so trying to get my head round the whole thing lol it isn't easy at first is it?

One thing I can't find is how much of my fav cheese I can eat... it's the Lidl Linessa nutty flavour one... can't find it online or anywhere....

It's a 200g pack in 6 slices generally, though the slices dont seem to be cut very evenly. I guess around 33g per slice. It's 17% fat.

I presume I can have it as my Hex1 or one of my Hex2s on a green day that is?

Ooooooooh this is confusing but exciting lol

I am in Ireland by the way so can't go to any meetings!!

Ok cheese wise I'm gonna go with 1 slice (33g approx) as you can have 42g of reduced fat cheddar and this is only 17%.... does this sound about right?

Plan for today (green):

Brekki
1 slice wholemeal toast -half 1 HEX B
Scraping of LF spread (?)
1 slice LF cheese (see above) -HEX A
1 Muller Light yogurt -syn free

Snack
Apple

Lunch

Dinner


So as I see it I have:
all my free food (potatoes, rice, pasta, veg, fruit, beans, quorn, salad etc) to eat still
the other half of my HEX B (2 slices of wholemeal bread = 1 HEX)
the second HEX B
15 syns left for today....

am I right? Please please feel free to comment, I would really appreciate it!!

Good luck on your journey. I have only been following the plan a week so still getting to grips with it myself. I only have 10 syns a day as that is what my class leader suggested and I do find it many. I am vegetarian so do green everyday and it is great there is so much choice.

im not sure on the cheese but if you know all the nutritanal info you can get the syn value from SW website although i dont know if it'll tell you if you can have it as an 'A' box?
