I'm fairly new and tomorrow I'm starting step 2 on the Cambridge diet! Feeling a bit nervous but weighing in in the morning and picking up my meals off my consultant tonight

I started Cambridge 5 weeks ago and have lost 19lb so far
Although the last two weeks I’ve messed about slightly and stayed the same
So I’m going back to 3 products a day today for 2 weeks
How is everyone finding it ?
