Starting Weight 12/7 and on 19pts a day :)

Tonight i lost 1.5lbs bringing me down to 12/5.5

I am sooo happy as i really didn't have a good week going from Cambridge to WW! This has really helped BIG time to spur me on for the week ahead

If youre just creating it you need to make one up and if youve made it then you should have been asked for one when you made it
