Can someone please tell me why the body does not go into starvation mode on the cambridge diet?? I keep hearing that if you dont eat enough then the body holds onto the weight, but how come we loose so much on cambridge??

    Thank You! :)

because the packs we have provide the right balance of nutrients, vitamins, carbs, fat and protein so that the body doesn't need to shut down to protect itself
