on red days, I have celery, carrots and ham rolled up dipped into cottage cheese. Sometimes a chicken leg or 2 if I have any alredy cooked. A bowl of soup if I have any made up
extra easy days, if fruit and veg isn't cutting it, I will have a mugshot. A bowl of soup - I make it spicy seems to get the tastebuds zinging so feels more satisfying.
