Slice the top and bottom off a butternut squash and microwave for 2 mins, this makes it a lot easier to peel. Once peeled slice it up, removing the seeds in the middle on the lower part of it and voila. I've even sprayed them with chilli frylight, it's lovely!
Parsnip chips done in the Actifry/oven with Frylight and a spice mix of your choice (ours is smoked paprika, sea salt, celery salt, dried chilli & oregano). They're so good and I'm not even a massive fan of parsnips.
