Steam fresh veg

Are the steam fresh bags of veg that you put in the microwave free? I can't find them on syns online or in my book! I'm currently having the Birdseye sunshine mix which is carrots peas and sweetcorn that's it. So presuming its free on ee? Also wanting to get the aldi one xxx

Unless there's added oils in the ingredients then yes they're free...remember that peas and sweetcorn aren't superfree foods tho so ul need to add more veg to make up your 1/3 xx

Brilliant thanks yeah I was just using one up I had in the freezer I've found some mixed veg carrot brocolli cauliflower ones. Ill save the rest of the others for green days. Thankyou x
