How is everyone today??im fab can't believe how positive I am bout my diet n actually enjoying it :). Not lookin forward to my lemon bar to tonight but been told their not that bad, off to pub tomorro evening for drinks n t, I rang n checked with pub c if they can do me a salad n some tasty chicken so il enjoy that as most their meals don't include salads, hope ur all doing great :)
 
Hi...im doing great too. Its so good being in control..got my weigh in on sunday..should have lost at least 5 lb..fingers crossed. Good idea abt the meal at the pub at least u wont miss out. I get the bars on sunday i think...cant wait. Whens ur weigh in then?
 
Mine is mon, every mon I will then be over the stone, iv stuck to it so should be few pounds this week n think iv lost 3 inches off my tummy may get him to measure me to b sure, he's so supportive or unless he's flirting with me haha iv ordered bars I want for next week can't wait as now stuck with lemon n cranberry n chocolate urgh! X can't wait to eat out haven't done since being on it :)

Thx hun..yes i think after u lose the first stone then its more noticable. Im going to have my cdc measure me too..might have lost inches too.
 
I been getting worried bout doing 2 shakes a meal n a bar what if that cuts bk on my loss a week?? My mate been going on bout it saying I won't loose as much :-(
 
So basically you have 2 packs a bar then a 200 kcal meal...i think that when i get my bars i might do 2 packs and just the bar and see how it goes. Do you think having a meal slows the weight loss?
 
Iv confirmed with CDC 3 products n a meal is fine but having a bar every day may affect loss so maybe every other day il c what I loose mon then decide as bars r more kcal roughly. 180
 
Ahh ok..so just see how it goes at least ur at that point where you have a choice of bars and packs..im managing on just packs atm..ive had a few slices of cucumber today which im sure we can have..i dont even know what im allowed to eat..how bad is that.
 
If your doing just Cambridge products x4 then no food at all just water n milk for t, coffee etc if u do a meal instead of a shake then I can tell u what u can eat x
 
Im doing ss+..3 packs but no meal..maybe a nibble of chicken or like today i had a few cucumbers. Havent had a meal since my weekend off

So looking at that im doing option B..minus a meal..i do manage as i used to fast so its relatively easy
