W: 2 - 3 litres

Was going to have stir fry but really fancy some chips :)

Hi, just curious what a Skinny sf vanilla latte is? I'm sure I am not getting enough HEA, and I love coffee so maybe it's a solution!
Hi Kirsty, it's a sugar free vanilla latte with skim milk, I get it from starbucks, but you can make it at home as well. I commute to london so think of it as a treat when I get in and it's 1 HE A
