Hi would love to know if anyone else has similar problems to me i have hypoglaecemia, hypothyroidism, and i have to take hydrocortisone (steroids) on a daily basis.
It obviously can cause weight gain, and if i have to up my intake of steroids due to illness my appetite becomes majorly desperate and i will eat just about anything. On a day to day basis im fine. Its usually just if my stress levels heighten, due to nervousness (i have quite bad social phobia) i tend to turn to food to cope. Tonight tho even tho i was in the company of a lot of new people and quite stressed i managed to make myself stick to reduced syns on drinks and food.
Was wondering if anyone else has similar problems, though i doubt i will find many as i have been told by my consultant that im something of a rarity!
