Ooo that's a big ask - you need to give details of the soup, was your mince extra low fat? or just low fat? and how much.

I have taken the label off the soup ha well b4 I started slimming world but it's knorr oxtail soup and the meat just said low fat, I usually go to the supermarket that has the extra lean less than 5%but went a different way for a walk and got it in a different place ..
The website doesn't specifically list Knorr soup so....
Oxtail soup condensed 100gr unditluted 3.5syns all plans
Oxtali soup standard 100gr 2 syns all plans
Minced beef more than 5% fat but below 12% is 2syns per 100gr raw on red & EE - 9syns on green
