Hi everyone, I haven't fallen off the wagon. Just been too busy all weekend to go online. Its just been hectic. I was delighted to be down by 2lb since my horrible last weigh in.
I had been up 3lbs but now have lost that and 2lb more. EE seems to suit me and is a lot easier to follow. My weight seems to come off in chunks and not on a steady weekly basis. I noticed that before when putting on weight. I could eat rubbish for a week or two and not put on any weight but on the third week, the scales would suddenly jump up a few pound. I hope I keep losing it in big chunks too!!!:):)
