    Hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone can give me any advice. Since Wednesday I've been suffering from a bug which for 2 days was just swollen tummy, cramps and an aching back. On Friday morning diarrhoea kicked in (sorry for the detail). It's not majorly bad, I'm not running to bathroom every 5 mins but it is uncomfortable and inconvenient. The cramps are the major problem. Anyhow I thought I was getting better last night but started suffering again at 4 am this morning. The thing is I'm getting hungry and I've been eating little bits like toast and soup but I'm now wondering whether to stop eating because this has been going on days and I'm sick of it now. Is trying not to eat the best thing? Or do I eat more? Or is there anything I should be eating?
My doctor advised against immodium and said to see it through naturally but this is getting ridiculous now.
If anyone can help I'd be grateful. Xx

Never mind your doctor, he's not the one with the bug! Take imodium! Take it now!! If you have sickness/nausea, i'd take a Motilium with it. Don't give up eating, but don't take soup! Its too heavy for a bad stomach. Toast & flat 7up. My granny and mum always swore by it, should clear up in a day or so!

    ONLY toast and 7up!

Good! Keep me posted on how your doin!
BTW - best way to flatten your 7up is to stick it in the fridge in a jug for a while or if you need it straight away, lob a tablespoon of sugar into the jug too:)
