Stonking headache??

I've never had this before I'm sure. I'm on day 3 of slimming world post Christmas slim down and I've got the most stonking headache which I had yesterday too but today its awful!!! About to give in and take some paracetamol but omg it hurts!!!

Why would taking paracetamol for a headache be giving in? That's what it is for.

The headache might be caused by a change in diet, or it might just be a coincidence. Either way, there is no need to suffer.

Headaches can be caused by dehydration or constipation too. Make sure you are drinking PLENTY

Iv been same recently, so went got some fresh air and made sure iv drank more water and after a couple of days its gone but do think it sugar withdrawals or something
