I have had a few issues with scales the last few weeks so have decided to stop- rewind and start again..
The story is that I weighed in at 12 stone 8.. then the following week at 12 stone 3 .. wasnt sure if that was right as a 5 lbs loss is huge.. then the following week it showed 12 stone 10lbs.. thought eeeeeek that aint right so bought some scales and they have showed 12 stone 2 every time I stand on them so think maybe they aint right either.. so went back to the original scales (Boots ones) and they show 12 stone 9lbs.. and as I have kinda been on track but not.. yes I had the tiger bread etc etc .. I am going to go back to them.. take the pound gain and start from there...
Think that will get me 100% back on track as I know where I am then
