I'm not hungry, but I want food so badly!! After quitting CD last week and stocking up on healthy food to calorie count instead, there's food everywhere and I just want to eat it! I don't even want junk food or take away, just things like egg on toast I would kill for right now!! I can't bring myself to throw all the food in the bin, it cost me so much money.
I think there's the whole feeling of "It doesn't matter if I blow it, because it's only day one and I can start fresh tomorrow, and I'm not in ketosis yet anyway..."
I need to find some strength and willpower, I haven't caved and I really hope I don't but it's so hard
