Full of cold and struggling this week but sticking to it but only managed 2 shakes yesterday as I felt so sick, do thinking my loss will be little this week :-(
 
It's hard when you're not feeling very well. Try your best to get the 3rd shake down you as your body needs all the nutrients from the 3 shakes. Hope you're feeling better soon.
 
Awww that's rubbish, really hope you feel better soon. It's like a doctors surgery in our office with everyone coughing and spluttering. I just hope I can avoid it as it's hard enough to do this diet when you're not ill, never mind when you're poorly.

Keep up the good work, you're doing fab and you'll really reap the benefits at your next weigh in. Remember to keep up the fluids, even more so that you've got this cold as you'll be expelling more fluids yourself through coughing and blowing your nose so don't jeopardise your weight loss by not having enough water.
