Im only on day 3 of my diet but im struggling today I have loads of fruit and all the right food but I just want all the bad food
Ive had bran flakes for breakfast,
1 slice of bread with ham and lettuce for lunch only had this because I had ham to use up, then had a mug shot then had a little sugar free jelly for something sweet, Ive also had loads of Grapes and some strawberries but I gave in and had an oreo cookie, a little tiny bit of chocolate which was still about 4 syns and 1 haribo sweet. I just dont know if I can do this
