struggling

im struggling today day 3 :cry:
im not hungry i just miss food i miss eating i miss picking im not saying i want to go back to it i`m just struggling with the desire to do it..
guess im breaking a cycle but its so hard
feeling so sorry for myself which i dont normaly do im snappy and just want to curl up in bed :(
soz to moan i just need a release please tell me its normal and it will go very soon

Listen, IT WILL GO SOON! Just one more day or so and you will feel loads better.
This is completely normal, try and distract yourself, anything you like to keep you from thinking about food. Go on line or look in a catalogue at clothes that you'll be able to wear. Have a bath or a manicure/face pack. Do the ironing, tidy a cupboard or drawer.
Go and try on something that you want to fit into, that doesn't fit yet.
Get on here and have a moan, just don't nibble. It will be so worth it. Good luck Hunni xx

No doubt about it drew, day3/4 is a hurdle, you have to dig in, keep your first WI in focus and push through. The end of wk2 is the next major hurdle, its plain sailing once you are through that. Keep going mate, you have a target, if you are determined you will soon reach it.

And it is perfectly fine to curl up in bed, just take it easy and have hope. This is something that could change your life forever and it's worth a few days of feeling crappy. Trust me, remember my post from the weekend? I am so glad I stuck it out. Keep going, you can do it.

it does get easier my bad days were 2 and 5 omg they were bad but i kept coming on here and i would keep looking at the inspiration slide show to see how well everyone had done and the before and after photos kept me strong i am in my 4th week and i can say food doesnt bother me now i cook for the family not bothered and i have been out with friends one night they had a meal i had water it didnt bother me once if anything the more i am on LT the more i am looking what i feed my family i have been getting healthy recipes cooking better meals for my family my hubby is loosing weight with all my knew meals he is like my guinea pig for when i am back to eating, i am also amazed how much healthier i feel and how my clothes are feeling better stick with it keep looking at the photos we will soon be on their looking fantastic too... xxx jenni
