Oh god plesae help. Not especially hungry but cant stomach the flapjacks which make up one of my meals per day till mon and am already fed up of the soup and choc shake which are also gross but more bearable than the flapjacks. Ive never been a fussy eater (hence the weight prob), but flippin heck, this stuff is vile..... Im really missing food today and I dont even know if im in ketosis yet (im day 5) am tired dont feel as tho ive lost much...... HELPPPPPPPPPPP. x

Stick with it it does get easier. Do you like any of the products? I hated the chicken soups and vanilla shakes so much that I swapped them in the chemists. Perhaps you could do the same and just stick to ones you like (or at least can tolerate more than the others!)

You probably are in Ketosis but are just remembering eating and it's the habit you have to break. I am currently sat on the comp whilst everyone in the house is having fish and chips!!!It is amazinghow difficult it is to stop yourself from eating the stray chip stuck to the bag!! I used to do it without thinking!
