Stuffing my face

A bear on a mission!
I can't seem to stop eating, not really bad things but things that'll need syned.

I'm due on either that or preggers :eek: lol

Got ham sarnies, yoghurt, banana for lunch but really thinking of going to M&S to get something that I can microwave as wanting comfort food.

Any ideas? I'm doing a red day (could be green I suppose). The only shop that is near is M&S or the burger van :(
 
I would get some more fruit inside you. Its my TOTM too and I just need stodge! You could get some Mugshots and providing you have only had 1 HeA and 1HeB so far today you could make it into an EE day.
 
I think that's it a mugshot (do M&S sell them?)fancy a big plate of sausage & mash or chips, beans & egg but can't have this as at work. I've only had Oatso Simple original with skimmed mild & fruit, so could do any day I suppose...

I'm drinking water eating grapes but still want to grab everything from the food machine at work, not good as all chocolate & crisps.
 
I got some low fat supernoodles and had a mug shot and a kiwi and some greek yogurt and I'm still starving lol

Gonna tuck into some apple in a sec
 
I'm going to M&S in about 15 mins but have no idea what's low syns etc in their ready meals..

I don't think M&S do Mugshots but why don't you have a look at their soups? Go for something veggie perhaps, not a "cream of" anything. Compare the fat/calorie content and make the best decision based on that. That's what I do if I'm stuck, it's not ideal but better than crisps/choccie and it definitely has the comfort food factor. xx
 
I'm off now to have a look. Are there salads any better? Just fancy something nice...
