Hi!
It's all down to personal taste really, think it says in your green foundation book. I tend to use 350-400ml for my shakes as like them quite thick and frothy, as for soups I make them at work like a cup-a-soup so don't have my measuring thingy, so am guesstimating it's about...300ml's I think!

I haven't got my foundation book, I'm a returner and have some left over packs so I was going to start today as I have my first meeting tonight but have gone with starting tomorrow now as I just couldn't remember lol x

Doesn't matter Emma - depends if you like them short and thick
(I was tempted to put - like men!)
or long and liquid. Whatever.
The main thing about the water is to drink enough little and often in total as I'm sure you remember.
