After a huge holiday gain I've got to lose half a mountain to get back to target range for next week. I've always found success express confusing and here is an example: Amoy straight to wok noodles are 1 syn on ee/green but 10 on red. If I add 2/3rds superfree to my noodle soup then are they 1 syn or 10 on success express? Noodles are a free food when dried on extra easy so I presume they continue to be 1 syn?! So if the food contains a 'free' element on extra easy you take the ee syns? If it doesn't contain a free food you take the higher syns?
