Success express- please help!

Hi all, I want to do success express this week but I am confused. I have spoken with my consultant who just confused me more lol I have also been through posts on here but I am not getting it. I understand that 2/3 of my plate need to be superfree BUT with the remaining 3rd being free. Does this need to be free on all plans? For instance, chicken, would I need to syn this as if it were a green day? Or beans, do I syn them as if on a red day? Or do I pick a plan to follow for example red so chicken is free but I could syn potatoes or use as a healthy extra? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance for any advice

hmmm not sure if I have this right, but when I did Sucess Express I based it on Extra Easy.

So I'd have 2/3 superfree and 1/3 EE free for my meals. If I had something between meals, I'd go for superfree or I'd syn it at the highest syn value. So if it was 1 syn on EE but 9 on Original, I'd go with 9.

Not sure if that's 100% correct way though!

Coughdrops has got it spot on. If you look on the SW website they've got a sample 7 day menu for Success Express which you might also find useful.
