I know that I have only started recently but I am always thinking ahead and I am wondering if I will manage to keep my healthy weight. Do you know any successfull stories? Is here anyone who is keeping the same weight level since finished TFR? My problem wasn't really about eating too much "dinners" but about sweets. I think I was addicted to it all my life. I believe I would have to treat this as regular addiction, so the only way to fix my problem is to stay away from it. But I already tried, and always failed on the end. Maybe with some kind of plan I will be able to change my life? My new life without sweets?
