Hi Everyone
Thought i would do a diary see if it helps me, i have been on slimming world for 1 week. lost 2lbs, i have never done slimming world before so hope it works for me.
I am going away for the weekend tonight to Newcastle so i hope i can still be good,
has anyone got any tips for when you are away? think we are going to a italian tomorrow night for a meal.
my meals for today are
Breakfast- strawberry and ml yogurt

lunch sw quiche and spagetti
Tea roast beef with sw chips and veg
might have a few wines with my sins

does this sound ok to you?

is anyone from newcastle? i have never been before, hope there is some good shops

Pasta with a tomato based sauce could be the best bet. Maybe count syns for oil in it. Avoid bread and pizza. Risotto may be ok too. Some Italian restaurants do meat and veg style meals too. Im sure there'll be loads for you to choose from.

Had a great weekend away in newcastle, far to much to drink, so i need to be so good now before weigh in on wednesday,

Todays food
breakfast fruit and yougurt
lunch butternut sqash soup and nimble bread
Tea gammon, pot, and veg

what is everyone else having today?
