Sugar free sweets?

Are we allowed them? Anything I should look out for? Anyone reccomend any? Also do people eat scotch eggs ? Lol

scotch eggs nope- someone had a recipe on here for atkins friendly ones though.
yes sugar free sweets ok. a lot of them give you bum trouble though
