I'm glad most of us are still here to chat!
Well am still having one salade with Tuna per day with my shakes. From guessing, I'd say I was probably just over on ss+ but having less than 790. This was making me feel guilty/cheating at first, but today I've had another manic day with no breaks (until now - 11pm here) but have felt ok. Before on just shakes, I'd feel exhausted and a bit ill/under the weather. But am okay today, think doing this and gradually working towards an atkins (low fat) diet ready for my hols is what I'm going to do.
I'm off a week on Saturday and am very excited. My only worry is I've ordered some size 14 jeans from next. They should come before hols, but what if they don't fit and I've eaten salads and not 100%ed it on shakes to get them done up. Will hope and prey and let you know.

No-mercy. I think you can only do what you can do. If you have to eat a meal just make the right choices, its your diet and choice to blow it or try your very best in a hard situation. From what you've said, you've thought about it in advance and made good desicions on how you'll react. This is what will keep you at target when you get there. You are learning how to react now for the future and you shouldn't feel guilty about eating on these occasions, be proud on how you are learning to deal with it all. Well done in advance.
On a last note. I must apologise for my spelling. 1) I'm a cr*p typer... 2) now I am writing and speaking French a lot, I'm forgetting how to spell english, as I never write it anymore for anything. This is a bit weird huh! I also write lots of random words in French and have to re-read my post searching for these strange random words. My son does it in his natural speak to us and he knows lots of words in french he doesn't know the english word for. Sorry I just find this a bit strange but amusing - how our brains work hey!
