Summer Challenge!!!

Having a food diary is a very good idea, will you do it on Minimins? I'm sure people will flock to give you support and advice.

I keep a food diary on a whiteboard on my kitchen wall so its always in view when I'm making food, that way I can't pretend I didn't eat something. It works pretty well. I have my goals on there, my current weight and my diary. Keeps me focused!

That's a good idea. I don't know that I would like to be so public though. I used to do it on the paper SW sheets, and then online with the SW site but now I often don't bother. I did make a mistake yesterday because of this and accidentally had 3 HXBs, which was a nuisance.

I live alone so nobody really ever sees it. But Yeh, it works for me. Like everything in life, there's no one-size-fits-all method, and.everyone should do what works best for them :)
 
First week back on Slimming World, and a loss of 4.5 lbs! I know it's mostly water, but I'll take any loss I can get!

I have had a rather emotional week and I've eaten my way through it, and not in a good way so I'll be surprised if I loose. Plus side is I've completed my first run since early 2012.

sorry about your emotional week, I hope next week is a lot better. I'll sort out the chart thingy as I don't think it went on. Or if it did it's got lost again. Great news on your earlier weight loss and the run, if you haven't lost this week I'm sure the running will help for next week

I don't see why not and I don't see a great wave of postings saying 'noooooo, it's too late' so I will add you to the list. This wasn't my idea, to start the challenge, BritneyDean started it but I've somehow fallen into the role of keeping the figures straight.

Ummmm, my maths does let me down sometimes so if anyone does see where I've gone wrong PLEASE don't let it go by :)

Stayed the same this week ladies, I think the run saved me from weight gain. I'm going to be 100% this week as I can't afford not to loose each week.

Couldn't be said that I spend a lot of time here, could it ?? :) You don't mind do you?

My wi has been scuppered by family difficulties today. A shame, I've not had a good week and I wanted to go and get motivated for next week. They do have a group tonight but I don't like to wi in a different group at a different time and besides I have commitments tonight. So no figures from me this week.

Well sorry girls, I knew I needed a challenge as I haven't really been focussed, a treat for my son's birthday and lack of commitment has meant a gain o 1lb.

However I am back in the zone and aiming for a good loss next week - 3lb off "fingers crossed"

Only lost a half pound today, but I had a couple of meals out with friends for various reasons, so I'm quite happy with any loss, as I was expecting a STS at best (and probably more likely a gain!). Back on plan 100% now, and joining a Bokwa class on Tuesday!
