    Red and green.
Thought it would be a good thread because we can still lose weight and enjoy the joys off a BBQ.!!

Make your own burgers with extra lean mince. Instead of having on bread wrap the burger in any big lettuce leaf thats very scrummy.

Chicken breast flattened a bit with a rolling pin. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and a squirt of lemon.

Lamb and veg kebab done on a metal skewer don't make my mistake from last year and use the wooden ones they set on fire :D I cant believe I did that I'm so dolly.

Sorry I am terrible at putting things down in writing :D

chicken kebabs with loads of veggies (marinate in plain ff yoghurt, mint garlic, and lemon juice), also can grill marinated halloumi (HE A) along with it for a lovely greek like meal, serve with tzatziki, and salads

I love homemade burgers, and don't really care for the buns

chicken breast with jerk sauce on them and then grilled, delish, "fried plantains", salads etc

    Steaks of course :)

mince of any kind to make koftas

Pork chops marinated in a tiny bit of olive oil HE B, tiny bit of olive oil and thyme, homemade coleslaw, new pots as HE B

Ribs with bbq sauce, corn on the cob cooked on the grill, coleslaw

    Veggie sausages, coleslaw, potato salad

King prawn skewers brushed with sweet chilli sauce

The list is endless :) we love the grill and will grill out 4 - 5 nights a week when the weather gets nice

My next door neighbour has just brought a lovely gas one, so we had a BBQ brunch this morning.
Bacon, Sausages...and hash browns and eggs on the griddle part of it...lush, but not a good WW start to my day LOL, back to the weetabix tomorrow :)
