Had my scrambled eggs along with button mushrooms and beans ;-)

I love mushrooms with mine too, but I have a fluey baby at the mo so literally threw sausages in oven and blitzed everything else in microwave. Didn't have time to ponce around with mushrooms this morning lol!

Today's plan:

B: scrambled eggs, beans, 2 quorn sausages ( 2 syns ) apple
L: chicken curry
D: chicken chow mein (SW taste of Asia)
Snack: cheese and tomato toastie (hex a + b plus 4 syns)
Fruit +muller light yog

Today's plan:
B: all bran sultana 35g (hex a+b)
Fruit
L: chicken chow mein ( forgot theres a syn in here ) 1 syn
D: chicken chasseur (SW magazine) with mashed potato ( 1.5 syns)
Snacks: muller light
Fruit salad

Im going to post my wknd plan tonight because im busy this wknd and probably won't get a chance to really post.

Saturday:

B:35g all bran sultana (hexb and hexa)
Fruit
Lunch: chicken curry with rice
( Had to use uncle bens express egg fried rice because my mum didn't have normal rice-5 syns)
Muller light
Dinner: out for night then probably won't eat

Sunday:
B: 35g all bran sultana (hex b + hexa)
Fruit
L: scrambled eggs, beans, bacon and mushrooms
Fruit
D: chicken chow mein ( 1syn)
Muller light
