Morning folks, a quiet day for all I suspect.
Off to a child's birthday party today - shame its raining and a bit chilly!!
Right result last night for nancy don't you think? Wish Samantha had been the runner up though.
Just finished making my usual Sunday morning family wholemeal pancake breakfast with fresh fruit. Yummy! Did have a couple :break_diet: but now i am in week.....golly i can't remember what week i am on in RtM but its a few weeks in i thought i could get away with it.
Abstinence is far easier. I want to start that again once i get the 12 week all clear for my arm. Want to lose another stone or so.
