Super Noodles sins on a Red Day ??? !

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how many sins in a packet of chicken and herb low fat super noodles please on a red day?

I know they are free on green but i was so hungry i had them on a red!

I thought i had read that they were 11 but for the life of me i carnt find it now!

Am i being stupid ? should I of weighed them after cooking them? I had a whole packet!

Na you will be safe calling them 5.5 syns on a red day. It says 100g dried, and the packet is only 85g anyway
