Hi, can anyone tell me how many syns if any are in the mcdonnells chicken super noodles?? Says noodles are free in SW but not sure if these are or not! Please help!! thanks!!

Hi,i cant find mcdonnells,but the batchelors chicken super noodles are 10 syns on EE and Green,and 26 1/2 syns on Red so i emagine it will be about the same.Hope that helps
