Super Noodles

Hi I have just started slimming world today, i am on the EE plan and was wondering the syn value of super noodles?? beef and chicken if they have difference values??

Think regular are about 10 syns a pack? But get the fat free ones and they're totally FRRREEEEEEEEEEE yaay!!

Use the full fat if you really want them as a treat. The low fat ones aren't as nice obviously but they aren't bad.

I just find the ff ones have little flavour variety ....or it's poor stock at the supermarket

There do seem to be a lot less flavours available in FF variety but I actually prefer them to the full fat ones, those tend to make me feel a bit sick afterwards to be honest!

The super saucy ones are a bit lower at around 5 syns, and theres more flavours
