Superdrug Maximum cold strength Blackcurrent syns?

Hi,
I've come down with a cold ..boohoo!:sigh:
It has no nurtitional value information except that it has sugar (2.4g per sachet).
Should it be synned? and if yes, how much?

I was told by ex consultant that hot cold remedy drinks are 2 syns each but nothing if you have the capsules. I find the drinks so much more soothing though.

Personally I think that if you're ill you should feel free to take whatever meds you need to make yourself better. After all you didn't put on weight by overindulging in cold remedies! But do what feels right for you. Hope you're feeling better soon.

I wouldn't worry, 2 syns is hardly going to make you double in weight! Take them and feel better.

I've had one sachet yesterday and i'm having one now..cold and flu are at their worst first thing in the morning!

Sugar__lipswales: I agree 2 syns can definetly be spared for my health !! Thanks for your help.
Ditto Circes, "After all you didn't put on weight by overindulging in cold remedies!" made me laugh so much.

I will be taking them in moderation and as and when needed.
