Superfree and superfast foods?

Steve, when I came to a standstill with my weight loss, and I know you haven't, it was suggested I did a fish week.

I took myself off to Iceland, the store lol, and our fishmongers and for a week I ate no meat, just fish. It worked. I loved Iceland's smoked haddock and used that for a variety of different dishes.

My weight loss that week was 3lbs. Not huge by some standards but after several weeks of STS it was a great result.

I do also make loads of speed soups, I am sure you do too. I dress them up with crushed chili and Chinese 5 spice and love them.

You are doing so well I feel sure you will continue to lose consistently.
 
Thanks Sue - I simply adore fish & seafood so that will be no hardship whatsoever. Well, apart from the hit the poor wallet might take.

As chance has it, I will be in the vicinity of one of our local fish quays in the morning:)

Long time since I had a full crab too!

I have melon and raspberries with yogurt.I have found especially in summer ive had a good loss when ive had ice cream on a day out,strange but when ive eaten different and maybe 1 high syn ice cream ive lost 2lb.
