Hi everyone, this is the first time I have joined one of these forums. I lost 2 stone last summer and went from 14 st 3 (196lbs) to 12 st 3 (171lbs) and ran the race for life (5k). It all went a bit pair shaped (just like me) when winter hit in and I have gone back up to 13 st 2 (184lbs). I am still running a bit but not as much and not as far or as fast. My diet has gone completely out the window. I was doing weight watchers but I haven't got the money or the time now. I still have all the books and was planning on doing it again alone because the idea of replacing meals really doesn't appeal!! And as for cutting out carbs permanently I can't see me sticking to it. Thing is I'm going to have IVF in May and my BMI needs to be under 30 which for me is about 154lbs so 30lbs to lose in all! before then thats about weeks away so need to lose 2-3lb a week which is doable I guess. I suppose this sounds mad to all the mums trying to lose baby weight to lose weight just to (hopefully) put it all back on again but there you have it so any support and suggestions gratefully received!
