Hi Guys,
I am a newbie here, but I have been reading other posts and blogs for the past week.
Today is my 6th day of taking Xenical, after being diagnosed with PCOS.
So far I think I am doing okay - I have had no toilet problems, so that must mean I'm eating okay (sticking to the 5% fat rule), and I am trying to exercise when I can - I went swimming on Monday and I plan to again this evening.
I have a terrible habit of weighing myself everyday though. I had lost 4lbs but today on the scales I seemed to have gained a pound.
I know weighing myself everyday isn't the best idea as weight fluctuates but I wake up in the morning and I can't wait to see how I'm doing.
I wanted to hear some success stories from you guys, I have quite a bit to loose (8 - 9 stone) so I know this is going to take a while.
