When I made my sushi I used this website Sushi Recipes and just altered the recipes to suit SW ie use extra light mayo/creamcheese etc.
Basically you need sushi rice, nori sheets, sushi seasoning, seafood of your choice (I used prawns, salmon and crabmeat), veggies (I used cucumber + pepper), a rolling mat, wasabi and soy sauce. I bought pickled ginger too but it was too strong for me so I never used it, sushi was fine without it! (it's normally eaten between sushi pieces as a palate cleanser) I got Philly too and made salmon and creamcheese rolls mmmm
There's lots of videos on youtube showing you how to roll it up (I'm at work so can't link you to any sorry) and that Sushi Recipes website gives you tons of recipes for different types of sushi (I just made ordinary maki rolls!). It's easy and low syns so perfect for SW! Good luck
